About me: (Chad Knepp) I currently live near Dancing Rabbit. Before that I lived at Sandhill Farm. And before that I worked a lot with computers (Linux and OpenBSD). I find the set of ideas known as permaculture to be very interesting and hope to someday understand a truly sustainable lifestyle (food, housing, community) that is suited to the midwest.

I really like Plants for a Future. I liked it so much I wrote my own interface to the data and called it Permaculture Plant DataBase. Since then I have expanded the scope of PFAF/PCPDB and renamed it Eden. The Eden code base is now used in a new much larger project called the Permaculture Information Web

I've spent a fair amount of time living primitively and in the summer of 2003 I did a little photo essay.
