Here are the Eden packages seperated into the search engine and the dataset. Both are needed. They are in seperate packages because the development cycle of the search engine is faster than the dataset. This allows you to update the search engine without also having to download the much larger dataset. The current dataset (eden_db_0.1.0) is unchanged from PCPDB. To install, extract the archives and follow the instructions in the README and INSTALL text files. Eden is an open source project that welcomes the contribution of others. If you are planning on developing for Eden write me first so I can get you the latest version.
